Call for Abstracts is Now Open!

The Call for Abstracts is now open for the 2026 Heartland Endocrine Roundtable Annual Meeting, to be held November 13–15, 2026, at the Marriott Kansas City Overland Park.

Abstract Submission Deadline: September 25, 2026

This is an excellent opportunity for trainees to gain experience submitting a formal abstract and, if selected, presenting their work in a podium format to an audience of endocrine colleagues.

Abstract Submission Guidelines

• Eligibility is limited to medical students, residents, and endocrinology fellows. Submissions from pharmaceutical companies are not eligible.
• Abstracts must be emailed to Danielle Delanko at ddelanko@veritasamc.comand copy Marty Roth at mroth@veritasamc.com
• A Word document upload is required. Abstracts must use 11-point Arial font with 1-inch margins (attached template)
• Abstracts are limited to 350 words.
• A maximum of one graphic, such as a table or image, may be included. The graphic must not exceed 2 inches in height by 3 inches in width.
• Multiple abstract submissions are permitted; however, each presenting author may submit no more than two abstracts.
• Abstracts previously presented at another scientific meeting are welcome, provided they were presented within the past two years.

As a reminder, all trainees receive complimentary meeting registration. Trainees with accepted abstracts will also receive a $100 travel grant, and the top abstract will receive a $250 prize.
